"Not clear" like the section on voter intent in Florida statute. ;-)  My
feelings as marshal, and those of the posse I play with, is that the 54 card
deck doesn't have 54 cards in it if you put some down.

Reshuffling every time doesn't seem to hinder the huckster at all, but does
impact speed-of-play if the huckster gets several action cards in a row.  If
other characters are doing things in between castings, the huckster player
had time to reshuffle.  The only huckster that had problems getting hexes to
work was the NPC I ran.  Good dice, almost always seven or eight card draws.
Bad cards, four out of five hands had nothing -- not even a pair.  I'm just
not good with cards, I guess.
