Not having hucksters or MS in our posse, I'm not completely equipped to
answer the whole reshuffling question. I do think that dementias don't have
to be crippling, however.

It's really up to the Marshal what kind of dementia to inflict on his MS.
Instead of rolling on the table, you can always come up with one that will
be interesting to play and a definite hindrance, but not one which will
interfere with the effectiveness of the character.

If you don't want your MS crippled by dementias, then change the system to
suit your posse.
