I use a app called "Roll Em." Nice and customizable. Allows "best of" rolls, which is perfect for deadlands. It won't re-roll aces automatically but it includes the source so maybe I could hack that in.

I don't have a link handy, but I found the program at PalmGear.com so I'm sure a search would turn it up.
