Two, either:

a) just drop it and redraw

or

b)  Have it come up in game, all of the sudden.  How is a Pastor/drifter 
going to react to being told, in game, he just inherited whatever.  Make a 
story out of it.  Have it come up just when the player starts to forget 
about it.

I'd go with b myself.
