Hmm. . . sorry - I've already got mine.  But it's possible that PEG ran out 
- the Guide sells far better then the Marshal's book.

But I just (finally) got my Leatherbound copy in - and I know that PEG 
takes existing books and rebinds them to make the leatherbounds - so, if 
they were out, they are likely back in stock now.
