I shot this question to the list once, but got no response.  We play again
on Sunday, so I'm taking another go at it

Any info is of course appreciated.  I'll obviously have to make up my own
awards if I must, but sanity checks are always good.

If there are no official sources the best thing to do is to decide how
quickly you want your group to get better. Decide the best they can do
normally and distribute those chips and bounty points throughout the
adventure.(I usually award them in one big hunk at the end.). Of course, add
on points for good roleplaying, great ideas and so on.
