Re: [[DL] Dealing With Wind]



That is a very good question as I just fell victim to such a scenario last
week.  There were two massive ambushes setup, and the party, all newbies just
starting this campaign, winded both ambushes to death.  

Personally, I think when the odds are 3 to 1, you shouldn't be able to so
easily dig your way out.  They managed to wound with every hit and do enough
wind to send the bad guys snoozing.  Otherwise, the baddies failed their Vigor
rolls and became stunned.  

Am I doing something wrong here, or are the bad guys supposed to be this
pathetic.  Makes me glad the adventure had a good story, otherwise my players
would be bored to death (with the exception of the brave reporter who had a
massive coronary on a TN of 3).

One other question, is the scart table open-ended?  By that I mean, do I
reroll sixes and keep going.  By Secondary Marshall (the other guy who has
read all the rules and we help each other out) said yes, so that's what I went
with for then, but what do you all think?
