[DL] Dime Novel errata

I shot this question to the list once, but got no response.  We play again
on Sunday, so I'm taking another go at it.

The Under A Harrowed Moon trilogy of Werewolf Crossover Dime Novels do not
list any bounty point awards (these books are pre-fate-chip-awards, IIRC).
Is there official errata?  Have any of the other marshals out there run
these, and what awards did you use (bounty or fate chip)?

Any info is of course appreciated.  I'll obviously have to make up my own
awards if I must, but sanity checks are always good.
