<Quickly checks the Scart Table> Except for the fact that the one using "one" refers to Deftness and not Vigor, yes.

The die type (he would get 4d6). Failing fear checks are BAD.

It would become 1d6. Type and level/coordiantion are completely unrelated in almost all cases.
