Thank you very much for the constructive criticism (trust me, I DO listen
and try to learn from it!;) ).
You're absolutely correct; I've never really been happy with my attempts
at aping Lacy's "voice." I guess when it comes right down to it, there's
only one man who *can* sound like Lacy, and that's the Incomparable Mr.
Hensley himself.
(As an aside, the greatest acknowledgement of this is the fact that all of
us *DL* freelancers came up with other characters to "narrate" for us
instead of Lacy. The Southern Sentinel, for example, was born from that
necessity.)

Thank you very much! I really did want to convey the emnity between the
North and South that exists Back East, and I'm glad I did so adequately.
(I also wanted to shock the heck out of everyone by writing an
anti-Southern piece. :-) )

Wow! Thank you again, good sir! After being toasted alive on (and driven
from) the listserver when I first broached the idea of the Marksman
Aptitude, it feels VERY good to get some positive feedback about it!
You have made my millenium, my dear fellow.;)
(BTW, if any of you Marshals have incorporated the Marksman Aptitiude into
your games, I'd greatly appreciate knowing how it "works"--or fails to
work--in actual game play.)
>Thanks for the additions and take care.
You are most welcome, kind sir, and thank you for taking the time to share
your thoughts.
