I wish I had a hand-held scanner, or even a table top
one. But alas I don't. And also I don't know if I want
to open the book that far (fear of damaging the spine
besides the gaming value it is still an antique and
could be worth something to a collector somewhere).
Anyhow, most of the book is set up as a chart so I
think I willl be undertaking the not so humble project
of entering it into the computer (for subsequent
posting as a websight).

In the meantime, I'll find the entries on Colorado as
soon as I can and send them to ... uh ... the guy who
wants them (I don't have his name as it wasn't in
Nick's post).
