[DL] Old Deadlandish video game

A looong time ago, I recall seeing a Western version of one of those 80s
animated video games (Dragon's Lair, Space Ace, etc.). It was done in an
anime style and featured some VERY weird sequences. Standing out in my
memory is a trip through a haunted mine (complete with walkin' dead,
natch) that lead to some kind of "Lost World" with fire-breathing
dinosaurs and gill-men.

Does anyone else remember seeing this, and if so, was it based on an
actual anime?
