For the current rules on them, check out Hexarcana, that o'mighty tome of
supernatural shennanigans. For the original rules, look in Great Maze.
There's also some extra powers on-site, and a pdf vesion of Steve Long's
excellent rules for fang-shih (chinese hucksters) on Allan Seyberth's site.
As for a character sheet, I'm not certain, but you could adapt the HoE
character sheet (as it includes Strain), or, alternatively, I'll send you
one (mail me privately).
