Okay, just to clear something up here:

If a physician beats the TN for a given wound level, which of the
following is true?

- The wound level drops by one OR all Wind is returned

- The wound level drops by one AND all Wind is returned

- The wound level drops by one AND all Wind is returned, plus one wound
level per raise

- All wound levels AND all Wind are negated.
