Some help, please.

When the Geezzer hinderance says drop the nimbleness and the pace does that
basically mean that you drop the pace twice8Once with the nimbleness and
once for the pace?)

A bit clearer, I have John, an old guy. He has Geezer 3 and started with a
d10 in nimbleness. I know he now has Nimblness of a d8 but what is his pace?
8 or 6?
