One of my players was reading over the revised rules and noticed a
change in wording for what happens when you draw a black joker as an
action card.

The original rules state that if you draw a black joker you also
discard your highest card - or the card up your sleeve if you have
one.  The revised rules state that when you draw the black joker you
discard and any card that you have up your sleeve - no mention of the
highest card.  Is this a change in the rules? 

Has anyone else noticed this?
