[DL] Getting the Knack

I came across some DL larp rules on-line, dating from a couple of years back
(written by Luke Morgan and Darrel Shaw).
Lurking in them was a rather interesting idea for a knack:

Born on the Fourth of July (5 points under 1st ed.)
Only characters born in North America may possess this knack.
Once per story, the character may spent a White, a Red and a Blue chip
simultaneously to produce the effects of spending a Legend Chip.
