RE: [DL] A chip question...plus Canyon O' Doom

I tend to discard all chips I hold (as the Marshal) at the end of the night
except those I gain via Black Jokers and posse members spending Red Chips.
It keeps more chips in play and gives me the freedom to occasionally bend a
rule or two and outside of combat situations and not feel guilty about it.

Neither do I use chips for extras -- just the main baddies and their major
henchmen.
