Hey!  There's a great idea (and incredibly impossible) group of badguys
for Deadlands!  They all have magic powers, like, uh, "sense walls with
eyes closed".  And, um, "don't blink".  And "be generally dissagreeable
to imaginary, invisible, dead space alien souls"...
