I'd call Black Lightnin' a special case that's its own concentration, as it
takes special training to throw Black Lightnin'.  Plus, Black Lightnin'
isn't entirely corporeal- it's largely energy, so it's not going to have the
same balance factor that a baseball or a Bowie knife is.
