Pinnacle's position on such things is that A) You need to put the 
appropriate copyright notice - Deadlands, Weird West, et al are copyrights 
of Pinnacle Entertainment Group, and B) You can not be making any kind of 
money off of the Pinnacle copyrights without having gotten a licence 
agreement first.
