When hanging _anyone_, always allow for enough of a drop to pop the guy's
head clean off.  Otherwise, he might just get away. --OR-- no hangnin' is
done until you've pushed an ice pick into the skull and stirred.

Yes, someone in the posse I marshal has made an ice pick part of his "must
have" equipment list.
