Also, fellow Canucks ... we have both provincial AND federal sales taxes to 
contend with (like the British VAT).  That is why our beloved goodies cost 
us more.

Now, a REAL nation would revolt at the double taxation of BOOKS, but perhaps 
it is typical Canadian fatalism ....
