Greetings list,

Just a quick clarification question:

I have a MA who basically insists on picking up _any_ MA weapon and
using his Fightin': Martial Arts (Shaolin) aptitude based on the
following quote:
"Unlike standard fightin's concentrations, each of the Chinese kind
allows the use of a variety of weapons." (p. 7, The Chinese Fighting
Arts, Great Maze Set)

I looked to see if this is revised in Hexarcana and found that this
quote was, in fact, omitted.  In addition, there are the Fightin':
(Weapon) aptitudes on pp 59-60, including the new addition of the
"Tri-Chucks."

We're assuming he's changing over to the new system. <evil grin>  So,
does the MA need to take, say, Fightin': MA _and_ any additional weapon
aptitudes (e.g., shuriken, sword, kau-sin-ke, etc.)?  Or, does he just
get access to all except those specifically noted on the aforementioned
pages?
