We have one too!  Give this a try (if someone knows the web site, please
pass on the address:

Hindrance
Pale Face (3)
	You are an albino, with incredibly pasty white skin and pink eyes. 
Direct sunlight hurts your eyes, and you suffer a -2 to any roll that
requires vision while in bright light.  You suffer from sunburn quite
easily, so don't go to Arizona.  You are also easy to spot, and
remember, so don't go trying to blend in to any crowds.

You might, as suggested earlier, give negative penalties to persuasion
rolls as well, though we do not do this.
