If you want my opinion, DONT. The boxed set contains, 10 gunmen of general
types, but only 2 women. and only 2 shotguns...1 hexslinger who is ok but
really the only unique worth haveing...1 indain brave, for which no rules
were provided in the boxed set...5 walking dead, which are fine if you only
use walking dead in groups of 5...and technicly 1 gunslinger but he really
only counts as a gunman with the rest of the squad.

For my posse I had to buy individual figures, and make a few up. A preacher
an undead kid, a spanish sword fighter, and an italian magician with a big
mustache and no gun skills make for some intersting figs. If you need them,
Ebay always has some auctions up, and the prices are reasonable...but be
sure to check the peg website first, they have almost all the figs you could
need and they have static prices...so don't pay more than you would at the
PEG store.

Thats my advice until the new figs come out.

And with any luck boxed army sets....(hint hint)
