There was some discussion there on the Forum.  Many people had problems, 
evidently, with Hexarcana's interior art.
It is lower grade then some of their other art, but it failed to offend me.

DToB had a great deal of Art from the Cards. ;-)
Deadlands interior art, to me, has always been average, with some strong 
exceptions.  I rarely see a pic and say "my character looks like that or 
this NPC looks like that".  To compare it to White Wolfs, I have seen much 
better in WW, but I have also seen FAR worse then I have EVER seen in PEGs 
work.  Mebbe that is why I was not mussed much by Hexarcana.
