Yes--remember, he's copying the power--not the fightin' Aptitude. Same thing
would apply with a Hexslinger hex: the Harrowed could copy Argent Agony or
Loaded for Bear, but he'd still have to know how to shoot a gun to use it.

Does that make a little better sense?
