Uhh, Bryce? They're not historical. Think about the name parallel: Sears &
Roebuck/Smith & Robards. Both have famous catalogs. Both are suppliers of
goods. Sears & Roebuck is copyrighted. Smith & Robards is made up in the
grand tradition of The Agency (which was created to avoid copyright hassle
with the real Pinkertons).
