I really like this idea, reminds me of the new Hangin Judges from RVC
II, these would fit very well as the Los Grande Diablo which Ghoull came
up with a few months back.
I would suggest that they only come after a Hero should he/she have
defeated a normal Los Diablo and has proved a thorn in the dark Ones
side.

My pennies worth:

Faust.
Reputedly a magician who sold his soul to the Devil (The Reckoners),
upon death Faust became one of the Devils Herd.
He can appear as a midnight black Los Diablo or a black Clad man,
looking like a stage magician.

Faust hunts for Arcane Backgrounds, particularly magicians as such he
has one level of Armour Higher against Hexes or Spells and can cast any
hex once per day at a Three of a Kind Hand.

However he is particuarly vulnerable to the power of the Almighty and
any Blessed confronting Faust has +1 Step to their Faith, or +2 Steps if
uttilising a Protection Miracle against him.

All of his stats are the same as a regular Los Diablos
except the following: He has a Spirit of 4D12.
