It depends...

...On the hand required for a successful hex cast (not *every* hex is Soul
Blast)
...which card the huckster is up to (i.e., if he pulls a pair on 2-3 cards,
he'll stop.  Likewise, if he is near the end (like 6/7) and has a decent
hand, he will stop as well...)
