Re: [DL] Tallies for favourite RPG votes
Let me cast my mind back
1. Morrow Project (1st ed. lousy graphics, uselessly cumbersome rules, no
suggestions on story/scenarios)
2. Boot Hill (the scenarios were very good, but the rules were next to
useless for doing anything but killing anyone)
3. Space Opera by FGU -- all graphics photocopied from a single Gene Day
comic book, ship combat cribbed from a W.W.II miniatures game, 20 different
characteristics, but random character generation.)
-- on the plus side: very nice star-system books -- sure the statistics were
completely useless, but the ideas were pretty good.
4. Yaquinto's Pirate RPG (a pirate game with no ship combat rules!!!)
5. Chivalry and Sorcery (I have never seen so much detail to so little
purpose.)
