I think it depends on the body.  if it is real fresh, they can say a little 
(vets have a ridicule and all) but they have relatively few memories to go on.

and for the record, it says several places (BoD and Cyborgs are two, if not 
the rulebooks) that Harrowed have their souls thrown back in their bodies 
by the Manitous.  After all, the human side is needed to cultivate the 
Powers (which is why Walking Dead lack them)
