[DL] Breech Birth Knack Question (John)

A quick question on the Breech Birth Knack that came up tonight, following
Doc Wilder's loss and recovery from a duel w/ a Harrowed Lieutenant of
Quantril: According to the description, spending a Blue Chip will allow the
character to "remove a single wound from [his] body."  Now, does this mean a
single wound lever (Critical to Heavy) or the elimination of a wound
(Critical to healed)?  Since this happened at the end of the session, I was
able to tell him he was up and moving and the resolution would be next time.
