[DL] "The Agency" Errata? [Goff]

On page 111 under "Denver" it states "The next time and Agent is testing
to advance a rank, he gets +2 to all his rolls." What do Agents need to
roll for the test to advance rank? Was that just something that was left
out and they just be allowed to buy another level of "rank" when they
have enough Merits and the required skills at the required levels?

And the "Dr. Geoffrey Kohms" thing was very appropriate ;]
