And you didn't get a chip for role-playing your character despite a
*serious* inconvenience?  Harsh Marshal... ;)

It's Marshal's call on those.  I'd probably say buy off the Ailin'
(depending on what the illness is, exactly), but hang on to the Night
Terrors.  Your character just suffers a little more than most from those
nasty manitou dreams.

As far as the Harrowed Hindrances go, IIRC, you're only supposed to take
those if you're creating a Harrowed character from scratch.  Again, though,
if your Marshal feels differently, go wild.
