Strike the "as usual" from the end of the sentence under "Attacker is
Running" on page 128. The modifiers are different for a firer running and a
hand-to-hand attacker running.

Don't assume. ;-)
Part of the modifier is realism, part of it is an attempt to keep the math
simple.
