Not at all--you're pretty much right on the money.

It will also cover the updated versions of the "scrappers" from City o'
Gloom. It will also provide provisions for characters to join the Collegium
and gain "tenure" in the organization, along with what benefits that brings.

You'll also find the story on some weird goings-on in a valley not too far
from Gomorra where the Morgan Cattle Company has been breeding a ...uh,
special...species of cow that's drawn the attention of the Collegium. (To be
less obtuse, there will also be a bit of background on the story guiding the
new RangeWars game Fantasy Flight is putting out this summer.)
