Re: [DL] A quick question
An excellent book for reading up on the 'very disturbed little boy' that was
Henry H. Holmes, I suggest the book, "Depraved". An apt title, it includes
Holmes' crimes as well as his undoing. It also has illustrations of him
killing his victims as well as photos of some of the involved parties. His
house is a thing of cold-blooded, homicidal genius. The book is written by
Harold Schechter, and its ISBN is 0671025449. It's a fascinating read, if
you have any interest in "multi-murderers" or true crime in the Deadlands
period. Bon appetit.

Anyway, it was applied to an extremely disturbed American individual who
went by the name of Dr. H. H. Holmes. Look him up if your interested; some
of his crimes were the highly imaginative and involved stuff movies are made
about.
