I certainly grant that it was deeper. Just not very much fun. Of course, I
think that about White Wolf's other titles as well... with the exception of
Mage.. but that's a whole different topic.

absolutly! For one, it would be more fun to play than:

(skulks off to sulk and be "angsty")
(okay so that is a GROSS oversimplification, but you get the point.)
Actually, I had a friend who ran a pretty good Wraith game (or so he said)..
he just didn't let people leave the spirit world... he figured he had access
to everyone who ever died if he kept them there and ran a totally political
game. Napoleon had his armies marching, Hitler had his, Alexandre the Great,
etc... pretty damned interesting. But I never got to play in it. Oh well....
