geh?  as in Austin, TX? in what form is this enthusiasm expressed?

for anyone who reads comics there is a relatively new one actually titled Steampunk.  it has very pretty, Manga-esque artwork with decent dialogue and what looks like computer coloring.  it has some neato elements going for it but the glam-rock looking bad guy sorta turned me off.  then there's Battle Chasers....*sigh*.  havn't seen a new issue in nigh on 6 months i think.  nice mix of tech and fantasy that really blended well.  then there's U02 and some other steampunk style MMORPG coming out as well.  yup, that genre is really catching mainstream now....bleh.  mainstream-plainstream.
