mabye i'm not understanding your answer but i thought that Quickness rolls only determined how many actions you got in a round.  i'm talking about how many blows you could throw in one action.  like a double action pistol having a ROF of 2, able to expend two shots in one action.  can a martial artists do the same?  and how exactly would it be represented?  would you roll Quickness each action against a TN?
