Why don't you try Fantasy En'counter. It is a German online games-shop. They are present at the big events and they have a shop in Essen.
You can also order online their website: http://www.fanen.com
And they have a lot of Deadlands and any other RPG. I got Canyon O'Dead 2 weeks after the US release, so they are up to date.
