I seem to recall a type of vampire that only eats children, but it has to
ask and receive the mother's permission before it can do so.  I think it was
a kind of flyin'-head-gut-dragger like these.  I guess having the
abomination say "pretty please" would have ruined the horror mood.

Does anybody else know what I'm talking about?
