    Not as written, you can't.  That hex applies to guns and bullets.  It 
won't work on arrows, spears, slingshots, thrown hobbits, wiffle balls, or 
any other such thing.  Just guns and bullets.
    Of course, any Marshal is well within his authority to change this if he 
likes.
