In the past few years, they have been "re-releasing" their
fantasy stuff to 28mm.  Some of the minis look nice next to
GW (particularly elves and humans) but the GW dwarves
really dwarf (pun intended) the Partha stuff.  

If the Western stuff is the same scale, they might not look
too bad next to GRW minis.  I imagine they'll be similar to
Old Glory size, but have "proper" proportioning, unlike the
GRW minis, which have the GW-type "Cartoony" proportions.
