That corresponds with the old rulebook (not the softcover--that's different too! <g>).

The new rulebook and the character sheet I downloaded--it may have since changed--both go

White
Green
Yeller
Red 
Black

If you're looking for the "official" one, that's probably it. Of course, if you're using the old rulebook and photocopied sheets from it, that's going to cause you a bit of grief from the confusion. 

I'd say go with whatever the character sheet you're using says...unless you've got multiple versions of the sheet in your campaign. In which case, you're on your own. ;-)
