There are two ways to look at this.  Yes, getting 4 of a kind is highly 
unlikely, true.  However, adding a 5th suit doubles the chances of getting 4 
of a kind.  Not an insignificant increase, IMNSHO.

Sorry about that, it was 1/98,000 and 1/40,000
for chances of 0.001% and 0.0025% chances.
I just forgot you could have different kinds of 4 of a kind...
