     Adding two jokers is too drastic (you're not doubling the size of the 
deck, after all), but a "grey" joker might be interesting.

     If you go with the "backlash creates monoliths" idea that I came up 
with, getting more than 1 Joker in a hand should result in a larger, more 
powerful monolith. Two Jokers gets you an obelisk about 40 or 50 feet tall 
instead of 15, and three Jokers gets you a 100 foot tall chunk of 
fear-producing rock. You get one of those puppies up and the whole area will 
be a Deadland before you can say "Holy Stonehenge, Batman!" :-)
