That's a tale worthy of legend, but to make a long story _very_ short let me 
summarize:

We made some mistakes. 

By the time we recovered from our mistakes and were prepared to produce minis 
again, the prospect of a minis game was a risk we couldn't afford to take.

Later, this may change, but, at present, miniatures aren't planned in any 
large scale production in the foreseeable future

That said, there may be plans for _limited_ minis runs. Keep an eye on the 
website over the coming year (and I mean fairly regularly); we're planning 
some big things for it.

And no, I'm not telling what they are. If I blab and plans change, I look 
like a boob. OTOH, if things change from the original plan, I can claim the 
new plan was what I was talking about all along. ;-)
